Promotion means an
activity that supports or encourages to achieve a goal. We can see promotions
mostly in everywhere in order to attract people so that they can work harder or
increase productivity. Therefore, promotion is required in our life to improve
ourselves and we also need to advance ourselves to a higher position in this
competitive world.
In my opinion, no one
wants to be in the same position for a long time after having enough
experiences and knowledge in a certain efficient field. Most of us want to go
the higher position means higher and more responsibilities to take. So, we will
have to prepare to deserve a higher position. Today, information technologies
are advancing day by day and we have so many things to learn. Moreover,
everybody is becoming more competitive and we have to face various different
challenges in our career life. So, we have to learn a lot to get a promotion
among many other candidates. If there is no promotion or career development, we
can’t improve in our life and we will never know what is success. So, I think
promotion may be inspiration for us to try harder to succeed in our life.
In conclusion, as I am a
government staff, I really want to contribute to the good of my department as I
am fulfilling my qualifications. So, I think promotion takes port in an
important role for any organizations to get good employees.

or encourages to achieve a goal. ပရိုမိုးရှင်းဆိုသည်မှာ ပန်းတိုင်တစ်ခုအောင်မြင်ရန်
ပံ့ပိုးပေးသည့် သို့မဟုတ် အားပေး သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။

We can see promotions mostly in everywhere

productivity. လူများကို ပိုမိုကြိုးစား လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စေရန် သို့မဟုတ် ထုတ်လုပ်မှုစွမ်းအားတိုးစေရန်အတွက်
ရာထူးတိုး ခြင်းကို နေရာတိုင်းတွင် အများဆုံးတွေ့မြင်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Therefore, promotion is required in our
life to improve ourselves and we also need to advance ourselves to a higher
position in this competitive world. ထို့ကြောင့်၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဘ၀တွင် မိမိကိုယ်ကို
တိုးတက်အောင်မြှင့်တင်ရန် လိုအပ်ပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်လည်း ဤပြိုင်ဆိုင်မှုကမ္ဘာကြီးတွင်
မြင့်မားသောရာထူး တစ်ခုသို့ မိမိကိုယ်ကိုမြှင့်တင်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

In my opinion, no one wants to be in the

a certain efficient field. ကျွန်တော့် အမြင်အရ ထိရောက်တဲ့နယ်ပယ်တစ်ခုမှာ လုံလောက်တဲ့
အတွေ့အကြုံနဲ့ ဗဟုသုတတွေရပြီးနောက် ဘယ်သူမှ တူညီတဲ့အနေအထားမှာ မဖြစ်ချင်ပါဘူး။

Most of us want to go the higher position
means higher and more responsibilities to take. ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အများစုသည် မြင့်မားသောရာထူးကို
သွားလိုကြ ပြီး မြင့်မားသော တာဝန်များကို ယူလိုကြသည်။

So, we will have to prepare to deserve a
higher position. ဒါကြောင့် ရာထူးနဲ့ ထိုက်တန်ဖို့ ပြင်ဆင်ရပါလိမ့်မယ်။

Today, information technologies are
advancing day by day and we have so many things to learn. ယနေ့ခေတ်တွင် သတင်းအချက်အလက်နည်းပညာများသည်
တစ်နေ့ထက် တစ်နေ့ တိုးတက်လျက်ရှိပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့တွင် သင်ယူစရာများစွာရှိသည်။

Moreover, everybody is becoming more
competitive and we have to face various different challenges in our career
life. ထို့အပြင်၊ လူတိုင်းသည် ပြိုင်ဆိုင်မှု ပြင်းထန်လာသည်နှင့်အမျှ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏
အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းမှုဘဝတွင် မတူညီ သော စိန်ခေါ်မှု မျိုးစုံကို ရင်ဆိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

So, we have to learn a lot to get a
promotion among many other candidates. ဒါကြောင့် တခြားကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းတွေကြားမှာ
ရာထူးတိုးဖို့ အများကြီး လေ့လာ ရမယ်။

If there is no promotion or career
development, we can’t improve in our life and we will never know what is
success. ရာထူးတိုးခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အသက်မွေး ဝမ်းကြောင်း ဆိုင်ရာ တိုးတက်မှုမရှိပါက၊
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ဘ၀တွင် တိုးတက်အောင်မြင်မှု ကား မည်သည့်အရာကိုမျှ သိနိုင်မည်မဟုတ်ပေ။

So, I think promotion may be inspiration
for us to try harder to succeed in our life. ဒါကြောင့် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းက ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ဘ၀မှာ
အောင်မြင်ဖို့ ပိုကြိုးစားဖို့ လှုံ့ဆော်မှုတစ်ခုလို့ ကျွန်တော်ထင်ပါတယ်။

In conclusion, as I am a government staff,
I really want to contribute to the good of my department as I am fulfilling my
qualifications. နိဂုံးချုပ်အနေနဲ့ ပြောရရင် ကျွန်တော်ဟာ အစိုးရဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့
အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီပြီး ကိုယ့်ဌာနရဲ့ ကောင်းကျိုးကို တကယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

So, I think promotion takes port in an
important role for any organizations to get good employees. ဒါကြောင့် ရာထူးတိုးခြင်းဟာ
ဝန်ထမ်းကောင်းတွေရဖို့ အတွက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းတိုင်းအတွက် အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍကနေ ပါဝင်တယ်လို့
ကျွန်တော် ထင်ပါတယ်။
